Moqawel.ae is a platform that connects customers with verified contractors for construction, maintenance, and home services across the UAE. We facilitate bookings, quotes, and payments but are not a direct service provider.
Users agree to: provide accurate information, comply with all UAE laws, not misuse the platform, and treat other users with respect.
Contractors agree to: maintain valid licensing, carry appropriate insurance, deliver services as quoted, and adhere to UAE quality standards.
All payments are processed through the platform. Service fees and VAT (where applicable) are clearly displayed before confirmation. Payment is released to contractors upon customer approval of completed work.
Customers may cancel bookings before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation terms are subject to the contractor agreement. Disputes are reviewed by our admin team.
Moqawel.ae acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or completion of services provided by contractors. Any disputes must first be raised through our resolution process.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
